  • Create a strategic plan for the clients' campaigns, promotions, media plan and requirements
    Build and maintain a relationship with new and existing clients, being the main StartApp point of contact
  • Execute and monitor campaign performance, using StartApp data reporting system and clients reporting
  • Manage campaign operation and optimization process toward the client KPIs and quality goals;
  • Work with multiple internal teams (data, product, R&D) to accommodate to client's goals and requirements.
  • Work closely with the Sales department, and grow the accounts' activity and budgets, by upselling and offering creative solutions / new ideas to the client
  • Own and lead personal / team projects or tasks, including full responsibility for deliverables and outcomes
  • English at mother-tongue level. Additional languages – an advantage.
    Excellent MS Excel skills
  • Passionate for mobile marketing and advertising
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to engage and build partnerships through consultative selling in an ongoing secondary sales cycle
  • Ability to strive in a fast pace and dynamic environment

  • Ability to travel abroad to meet with publishers and participate in company trade shows if needed
  • Experience in online advertising- advantage
