The Business Analyst will be a key player in cross-organizational processes alongside the Shipping Director. The analyst is expected to be proactive, thorough and diligent in his work. Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork mindset are key factors for a successful candidate. Previous knowledge with ERP implementation process will be an advantage.
- Budget control - working with the departments on their budget plan,
- analyzing gaps and needs and conduct ongoing monitoring.
- Ad-Hoc projects as defined by Shipping Director.
- G&A analysis.
- Supporting Department managers with cost analysis projects.
- Liaising between IT dept. and the various departments with respect to the ERP implementation process
- Support the ERP implementation plan
- Supply chain improvement initiatives.
- Preparing and sharing monthly reports.
- Industry benchmarks analysis.
- Review charterers’ accounts.
