As a customer success manager you’ll be working with multiple and different Insurance, commercial and governmental enterprises and organizations and will serve as the company’s main point of contact. Your main responsibilities will be to achieve high customer satisfaction, ensure product usage and value, and enable additional sales.

  • Manage clients’ accounts directly on all levels: technical, business, support, and product
  • Main expert contact for any client issue
  • Handle new feature releases
  • Provide client feedback internally
  • Provide client training and webinars
  • Upsell existing clients 
  • Introduce new features
  • Work closely with the R&D, Product and sales teams

  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success / Account Management is SaaS companies
  • Bachelor’s degree in the fields of Industrial Engineering/ Business/ Economics 
  • Experience working with product and R&D management
  • Willingness to travel to multiple locations all over the world, at least 30% of the time.
  • Fluent written and spoken English, additional languages an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, from users to high-level executives ; quick learner, curious, creative and open minded.
  • Working with Customer Success supporting systems such as SalesForce, Ticketing, training tools
  • Familiarity with B2B and B2G customers and business processes - an advantage.
  • Intelligent or Analyst experience - an advantage

Data Scientist - תל אביב, ישראל - ww1

As a Senior Data scientist , you’ll be responsible for creating and implementing various models on unique big datasets, developing the algorithm all the way from an idea to a working piece of code in production. The algorithms may be related to predictive modelling, classifications and ship behavioral patterns.
Throughout this fun journey you’ll also learn a thing or two and improve your technical skills (working with NoSql DBs, Apache Spark, building services to your ML products, etc.) and ML knowledge (working with unbalanced data, risk modeling, explaining black-box models and much more).
Your work will generate significant impact in the maritime insurance and intelligence domains. In short, we are looking for a brilliant problem solver with a passion for data to join a fast paced company who is changing the maritime world.
What will you do?
  • You’ll be working on a distributed research cluster to create features and insights from large volumes of noisy data from different sources; choose an algorithmic approach to solve the problem at hand and define success metrics to measure algorithm performance.
  • You’ll be expected to research and understand the context of different maritime phenomenon and propose a data-based solution which addresses a business need.
  • You’ll be required to work independently but you’ll be surrounded by a strong and experienced team of data scientists who will be willing to help (and learn from you).
  • You’ll be communicating with product managers to understand needs and outline solutions. 




  • M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Computer Science / Mathematics / Physics
  • 4+ years of experience as a Data Scientist the industry
  • Extensive experience with statistics/analytics tools such as Python/R
  • Extensive experience in development of machine learning solutions in the industry.
  • Ability to independently tackle a new problem starting from the research phase through design and implementation.
  • Experience in working with big data.

Account Manager - נתניה, ישראל


  • Build and maintain a relationship with new and existing clients, being the main StartApp point of contact
  • Create a strategic plan for the clients' campaigns, promotions, media plan and requirements 
  • Execute and monitor campaign performance, using StartApp data reporting system and clients reporting
  • Manage campaign operation and optimization process toward the client KPIs and quality goals;
  • Work with multiple internal teams (data, product, R&D) to accommodate to client's goals and requirements.
  • Work closely with the Sales department, and grow the accounts' activity and budgets, by upselling and offering creative solutions / new ideas to the client
  • Own and lead personal / team projects or tasks, including full responsibility for deliverables and outcomes

  • Excellent MS Excel skills
  • English at mother-tongue level. Additional languages – an advantage.
