Responsible for managing and working hands-on with R&D organization in an industrial company
       :Roles and Responsibilities

• Leadership. Work with Product and the Leadership Team to define clear objectives and detailed plans for the R&D Team
• Execution. Responsible for on-time delivery of world-class hardware and software solutions, including personal contribution to technical efforts
• Ownership. Direct and oversee all R&D aspects of new and existing products in the company.
• Engineering Culture. Develop and maintain an engineering culture that follows industry best practices that encourages innovation and effective program management
• Communication. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders around the globe. Ensure precise inbound and outbound communications on technical issues.
• Strategy. Work with the other members of the senior management team to further the department and the company as a whole
